Gentil Rosso soft wheat

Gentil Rosso soft wheat is in custody at our company on behalf of the Tuscan Germoplasma Bank. It means that we continue to cultivate this ancient grain while preserving the biodiversity of our territory. Gentil Rosso is a grain native to the central areas of Tuscany and since the mid-19th century it has also spread to nearby Emilia Romagna. The soft grains allow to obtain flours suitable for the preparation of desserts, pizzas, fresh pasta and bread.
