Frassineto soft wheat is an ancient wheat obtained in Tuscany, in the 1920s, from the Gentil Rosso variety. It is in custody at our company on behalf of the Regional Germplasm Bank, to preserve its seeds and the biodiversity of the territory. A flour is obtained which is particularly suitable for the preparation of desserts, pizzas, fresh pasta and bread.
