Jewels of the Tuscan land

Being a custodian of seeds is a privilege and a responsibility.

In my case, in the Vestri Farm, we obtain wholemeal flour and pasta from wheat seeds grown according to the principles of natural agriculture. They are our family jewels.

It is nice for me to think that there is a strong bond of continuity and respect between the land that holds the seeds and those who use the fruits that are obtained from them.
